Terrible service

Heidi was super nice when we were shopping there. Once we paid she turned into a nightmare. My wedding dress was altered too small and sewn that way, even though she saw that it was wrong. She made me feel that it was my fault the dress didn't fit and suggested that I "drink more water", i.e. I should lose some weight so the dress would fit right (I'm a size 2). She made me feel so terrible about myself that I considered buying another dress that would better fit me. Turns out it just needed to be let back out. After 5 visits in 4 days it finally fit. When my mom came to pick it up Heidi brought the dress up, hung it on a clothes rack, said "There you go", turned around and walked away. Obviously she does not value her customers, nor is she concerned about word of mouth. I will be steering everyone away from this shop.
